Use 2 teaspoons (10g) once or twice daily in water, juice or a smoothie. Can also be added to cereals, porridge, yoghurt, smoothies, dips, dressings or used in baking.
Storage Instructions
Close lid tightly after opening and store in a cool, dry place. Do not refrigerate.
